A group of soviet government officials went to inspect a mentally infirmed hospital. They lined up all the patients and had them sing an old favorite song from a movie, called "Oh how good is it to live in the soviet land. Then someone nearby wasn't singing, and one of the inspectors asked, why are you not singing? He replied I'm not crazy I'm a nurse here.
